Bill Guting is the CEO/President of The Guting Group and primarily focused on implementing the teams vision, client relations, marketing, and coaching & mentoring. He is an author, entrepreneur, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a veteran investor with over 20 years of successful real estate investing experience.

The multi-talented Chris Richtsmeier is our
Senior Acquisitions Specialist who spends most of his
time on finding and acquiring great deals. He has
extensive investment experience, personal involvement
in over 50 transactions, and is well-versed in creative financing, lease options, private financing, joint ventures, rehabs, and various other investing & financing techniques and strategies.
