Bill Guting is the CEO/President of The Guting Group and primarily focused on implementing the teams vision, client relations, marketing, and coaching & mentoring. He is an author, entrepreneur, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a veteran investor with over 20 years of successful real estate investing experience and personal involvement in over 200 transactions.
The multi-talented Chris Richtsmeier is our Senior Acquisitions Specialist who spends most of his time on finding and acquiring great deals. He has extensive investment experience, personal involvement in over 100 transactions, and is well-versed in creative financing, lease options, private financing, joint ventures, rehabs, and various other investing & financing techniques and strategies.
Gayle Tanner is our incredible Office Supervisor who makes sure the office is always running smoothly. She has over 12 years of successful administrative experience, is a licensed California Realtor, and is also an active real estate investor who manages her own portfolio of multiple rental properties. She gets rave reviews about her great customer service, responsiveness, and incredible attention to detail!
John Morales works exclusively with clients interested in our Foreclosure Auction Program, as one of our investor Relations Specialists. His primary role is business development, customer service, ongoing communication with clients, and helping to insure that our client’s needs and wants are always heard and delivered. John is an experienced entrepreneur, a licensed agent, and an active real estate investor himself, so he fully understands the mindset of an investor and what’s most important to them.
Star Amador is one of our in-house Realtors and one of the area’s best. She has over 8 years of experience in the industry and is a current Masters Club member, meaning she’s in the top 5 percent of all agents in the Sacramento region in terms of sales volume. Her positive attitude, responsiveness, creative problem-solving, and over-the-top customer service has earned her a growing legion of raving fans!
Dmitry Poonka is one of our in-house Realtors and one of the area’s best. He is a full-time real estate professional who has garnered a sterling reputation. Over the past 10+ years in the business, he has achieved outstanding results in sales and service, earning the trust of numerous colleagues, clients, and friends alike. Fluent in English and Russian.
Kier Johnston works with investors as one of our talented Investor Relations Specialists. Because she’s an active and experienced investor herself, she offers clients valuable advice and perspectives on the overall investing and wealth-building process. Shawna Richtsmeier is our talented Stager/Interior Designer. She majored in interior design at Sacramento State and has over 7 years of successful real estate investing experience, so she has that rare combination of books smarts and street smarts which gives her unique insights on what it takes to sell a home FAST and for TOP DOLLAR. Clients really appreciate her positive spirit, creativity, and can-do attitude!
